Evaluation of the District Superintendent is a critical responsibility of the Board of School Directors. The evaluation is based on the assessment of the performance standards in the following areas:

2.       Organizational Leadership

3.       District Operations and Financial Management

4.       Communication and Community Relations

5.       Human Resource Management

6.       Professionalism

• The Board of Directors has determined that the Superintendent has met the performance standards for the 2023-2024 academic year (March 15, 2024 through June 30, 2024).
• The Board of Directors has determined that the Superintendent has met the performance standards for the 2024-2025 academic year.
